We start with the freshest cockles, carefully cleaned and hand-smoked over real oak to achieve the perfect balance between briny freshness and subtle smokiness. The result is tender cockles with a beautifully rounded flavour — a simple treat that’s delicious straight from the pot or as part of a seafood platter.
