Our Cold Smoked Salmon is dry-cured and lightly oak-smoked the traditional way, right here in Aldeburgh. Each side of salmon is cured by hand with salt before being slowly smoked over real oak, allowing the smoke to gently infuse without cooking the fish. The result is a silky, tender texture and a clean, delicate flavour with a whisper of Suffolk oak.

Every slice is carefully prepared in small batches, following the same time-honoured methods used on the beach huts of Crag Path for generations. The light crusting of herbs and salt brings out the natural sweetness of the salmon, making it perfect for any occasion — from a simple breakfast with scrambled eggs to elegant platters and canapés.

Your order will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy, just as if you’d picked it up from the hut yourself.
Can I buy directly from the hut?
Yes, of course! We’re open seven days a week, 8am to 5pm, and there’s always something fresh ready to take home.
