Our Cold Smoked Kippers are traditionally prepared from fresh herring and slowly smoked over natural oak to create a deep, savoury flavour and firm golden flesh. Cold smoking keeps the texture tender while developing that classic kipper character loved along the Suffolk coast.
Choose between a Cold Smoked Kipper Fillet or a full Large Cold Smoked Kipper. Both are ideal for grilling, poaching or warming gently with butter. No dyes, no additives — just naturally smoked herring at its best.
