Our Crab & Samphire Tart is handmade in the Aldeburgh smokery using a rich blend of white and brown crab meat, fresh samphire, and a lightly seasoned cream base. Baked until just set, each tart offers a delicate, savoury flavour with a subtle seaside freshness from the samphire.
