Our Salmon, Trout & Spinach Tart is a rich, comforting bake made here in our Aldeburgh kitchen using smoked salmon and leafy spinach in a smooth, creamy filling. Baked in a crisp pastry case until golden, it’s perfect for lunch, a light supper, or as part of a smoked fish spread.
We use a blend of smoked salmon and trout when available, cream cheese, eggs and seasoning, folded together with spinach for colour and flavour. Each tart is made and filled by hand, then baked, cooled and chilled ready for you to enjoy at home.
It’s a simple, honest tart with a proper smokehouse character – lovely warm with salad or just as good eaten cold.
Ingredients
Smoked salmon and trout (FISH), spinach, cream cheese (MILK), eggs (EGG), wheat flour in pastry (GLUTEN), salt, cracked black pepper.
Allergens: FISH, MILK, EGG, GLUTEN.
Storage & Serving
Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C.
Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
Can be enjoyed cold or reheated.
If reheating, warm in a preheated oven at 180 °C for around 10–12 minutes until piping hot through.
Not suitable for microwave reheating.

Each tart is hand-filled and baked on site and will generally serve 1 hungry person
or 2 people as part of a mixed lunch or platter.

We deliver locally using our refrigerated van. Delivery options depend on your postcode and order total.
