Our Smoked Trout and Salmon Pâté is freshly handmade in our Aldeburgh smokehouse, using a blend of delicately smoked trout and rich hot-smoked salmon. The two fish are gently folded through smooth cream cheese, with a dash of lemon juice and freshly cracked black pepper to balance the flavour. The result is a creamy, savoury pâté with a subtle smokiness and a hint of zest — a real coastal classic.
Enjoy it spread thick on toast, piled onto oatcakes, or as part of a seafood platter. Each batch is mixed by hand in small quantities to ensure perfect texture and flavour in every pot. No artificial additives, no shortcuts — just honest smoked fish, simple seasoning, and time-honoured methods.
